BBQ Balsamic Glazed Grilled Pork Chops with Grilled Vegetables

This recipe combines the smoky flavors of grilled pork chops with the sweetness and tang of Ariston's BBQ Balsamic Glaze, while the grilled vegetables add freshness and color to the plate.


For the Pork Chops

  • 4 bone-in pork chops

  • 2 tablespoons Select Olive Oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 cup Ariston Bbq Balsamic Glaze

For the Grilled Vegetables

  • Assorted summer vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, zucchini, red onion, cherry tomatoes)

  • Ariston Select Olive Oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Prepare the Pork Chops

  • In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Coat the pork chops with this mixture and let them marinate for about 30 minutes.

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Make sure the grates are clean and lightly oiled.

Grill the Pork Chops

  • Place the marinated pork chops on the grill. Grill each side for about 4-5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium doneness. During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the pork chops with the BBQ Balsamic Glaze, allowing it to caramelize.

Prepare the Vegetables

  • While the pork chops are grilling, prepare the vegetables. Toss the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  • Place the vegetables on the grill and cook until they are slightly charred and tender, turning occasionally. Cooking times will vary depending on the vegetables used.

  • Remove from the grill once they're cooked to your desired level.


  • Arrange the grilled pork chops and vegetables on a serving platter.

  • Drizzle additional Ariston BBQ Balsamic Glaze over the pork chops just before serving. You can also drizzle some glaze over the grilled vegetables for extra flavor.
